RSVP Now: A 'Chef Incubator' Dinner at Smallman Galley, With a Goose Island Beer Pairing

Eater and Goose Island have hosted Migration Week Dinners all over the country, from Oakland, CA, to Hoboken, NJ, with stops everywhere in between. Now, for our final beer dinner, we're heading to Pittsburgh, PA, to have the ultimate dining experience — a "chef incubator" dinner.

Smallman Galley in Pittsburgh may be the first incubator of its kind, designed specifically for up-and-coming chefs. Its founders, Tyler Benson and Ben Mantica, invited four chefs to open their restaurants in the space, developing their visions and concepts over 18 months. It's now a launch pad for some of the city's hottest new restaurants, and Eater and Goose Island will be taking over Smallman Galley's award-winning bar program and in-house restaurants for one incredible dinner.

Join Eater and Goose Island for a dinner hosted by Smallman Galley's chefs — Rafael Vencio, Jessica Lewis, Jacqueline Wardle, and Stephen Eldridge — and paired with rare and hard-to-find brews. And best of all, this Goose Island migration dinner is free. RSVP here for a chance to reserve your spot at Smallman Galley on October 12. We'll confirm your reservation via email, as space is limited and seats are filling up.*
