Smallman Galley
Event Description
Join us for a delectable evening of fine wine and cheese pairings at Smallman Galley. We’ve teamed up with Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy, who will be showcasing five of their creamy, crumbly, rich and delicious cheeses. Representing Goat Rodeo will be cheesemaker Matt Rychorcewicz, who will share fun facts about the farm, his processes, and of course, their resident goats!
The night will also feature Mary Maust of The Wine Merchant. Mary has helped us select stellar wines to both compliment and highlight the selection of cheeses. Taste a rare red blend from Coste delle Sessia in the Piedmont region of Italy… or delve your senses into the crisp, vibrant Riesling from Clare Valley, Australia. In total, you’ll get to try 6 wines and 4 cheeses. Check out the menu below and order your tickets today. (Limited space available).
We also invite you to stay after the event and enjoy dinner from any of our four unique restaurant concepts.*
