Dancing Gnome is a new local brewery that is doing some awesome stuff with hops, some awesome stuff without hops, and giving Pittsburgh another look at who the new coolest brewer is in town - come taste their stuff!
Carota Cafe is where Jessica Lewis hones in on working with local farmers to create vegetable-foward dishes. What is seasonal, local, and is just better tasting. She will be bringing in one of the organic farms she works with - Who Cooks For You Farm from New Bethlehem, PA & owners Chris Brittenburg + Aeros Lillistrom to chat with you about local goods and how they are changing the community of Pittsburgh restaurants.
