Event Description
For one night only, Aubergine Bistro's Chef Rafael Vencio is teaming up with the celebrated Brew Gentlemen Beer Company at Smallman Galley an exclusive tasting experience. Guests will enjoy hand-crafted wood-fired pizza from the trendy duo at Driftwood Oven. Wheel and Wedge Cheese Shop will prepare bountiful platters of locally sourced farmstead cheese, the perfect precursor to Vencio’s buffet of seasonal supper favorites. All will pair with four carefully crafted beers, available from Smallman Galley's main and satellite bars. 
In true Smallman Galley style, the experience is communal — designed for 'taking seconds' and socializing. $90 covers all you can enjoy. Hospitality included.
